1. Service provider
The demonet.it website and connected apps are provided by Demonet S.r.l., Via Staffette Partigiane 34, 41122 Modena (MO), Italy, VAT/Tax code 02671130363. Contacts: info@demonet.it, supporto@demonet.it.
2. Subject and scope
These terms govern use of the institutional website, the contact/quote/booking forms and the Demonet software applications distributed through the stores. By using these services you accept the terms; if you do not accept them, do not use the services.
3. Conditions of use and prohibited uses
You agree to use the services lawfully. It is prohibited to: breach laws or third-party rights, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the operation or security of the systems, send unlawful content or spam, or reverse engineer beyond what the law allows.
4. Account and user responsibility
If a service requires an account, you are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for safeguarding your credentials. You are responsible for activities carried out through your account and must promptly report any unauthorised use.
5. Intellectual property
Software, trademarks, logos, texts and graphics are owned by Demonet S.r.l. or their respective owners and are protected by law. No licence is granted other than what is strictly necessary to use the service.
6. Limitation of liability
The services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Demonet is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use or non-use of the services. Nothing in these terms limits liabilities that cannot be excluded by law.
7. Purchases and subscriptions
Where an app offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, prices, automatic renewal, cancellation, right of withdrawal and refunds are stated in the app and in the distribution store, in accordance with the store rules and applicable law.
8. Term and termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or discontinue provision in case of breach of the terms or for technical/legal reasons, with notice where reasonable.
9. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms; the current version is published on this page with the update date. Continued use of the services after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. The Court of Modena has jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdictions.
